Kathryn's Graduating!

I got an email from Suzanne, asking about my doing her daughter's senior photos. As usual I was giddy, because I love photographing seniors! We finally connected by telephone and when we started trying to put something on the calendar I realized what a Wonder Woman her daughter is! Not only is Kathryn a senior at Cedar Park High School, she is up to her ears in tests and homework, holds a steady job, AND is on the LACROSSE TEAM!! Wow. I'm not certain what the definition of a renaissance woman is, but I'm pretty sure she is one. And is she ever a doll! Honestly, I think if she was any more adorable it would hurt my eyes. We had so much fun last week exploring downtown Austin, laughing, hanging out amongst the interesting folks who wander the streets. It felt like they were old friends. Suzanne was director of wardrobe, and — as you'll see in the last photo — chief donor of exquisite genes (okay, I've never seen Suzanne's husband, but... just sayin'.) Kathryn will be a proud Texas Longhorn this fall, and is no doubt gonna rock the campus. Congrats on finishing high school, Kathryn, and congrats mom, on raising such a wonderful daughter!
